CASE#3 <br /> <br />REQUEST TO DISCUSS OPTIONS FOR LANDLOCKED PARCEL; <br />CASE OF MR. WAYNE DAVIS <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Wayne Davis owns a parcel just north of Fox Ridge Estates which is considered to be <br />landlocked. Mr. Davis has a potential buyer that would like to build a home on the lot but it does <br />not have 200 feet of frontage on a public road. Mr. Davis also owns the adjacent land to the north <br />across Trott Brook but it is not feasible to provide access from the landlocked parcel across Trott <br />Brook to County Road #63. In addition, Mr. Davis has indicated that the owner of the property to <br />the east of his landlocked parcel is not agreeable to negotiating the extension of 174th Avenue <br />N.W. from Fox Ridge through their repective properties to provide public access to the landlocked <br />parcel.
