SUMMARY ' <br /> The following official summary of Ordi- <br />nance #98-03 has been approved by the Cit~ <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly inform,. <br />lng the public of the effect of the Ordinance., <br /> It is the intent and effect Of ordinance #98L <br />03 to update the City's individual on-site <br />sewage disposal system regulations andto <br />provide minimum standards for and regulation <br />of individual sewage treatment systems. <br /> A printed copy of Ordinance #98-03 is <br />available for inspection by any person at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center during regular bu.~.i <br />ness hours. <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective upon <br />passage and thirty (30) days after publicati~ <br />according to law. <br />SECTION 2.
