On parcels of land from <br />two acres to two and one-half (2-1/2) acres in size, no single <br />accessory structure shall exceed 1,200 square feet. On parcels <br />of land greater than two and one-half (2-1/2) acres in size, <br />accessory structures may be an additional 400 square feet for <br />the first partial acre over two and one-half (2-1/2) acres and <br />each full acre thereafter. <br /> <br />On parcels of land two acres to five acres in size, all accessory <br />structures shall have a design that includes soffit, facia and <br />eave overhang of the same dimension as the principal structure. <br />The exterior facing finish shall be at a minimum color <br />compatible with the principal structure, as determined by the <br />Building Inspector. Galvanized finishes shall not be permitted. <br /> <br />Parcels of Land Greater Than Five Acres.
