The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted ~ursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramse¥, Section 12.O6 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated road right-of-way is hereby vacated, to-wit: That part of McKinley Street NW as platted in Business Park 9S Fourth Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying northerly of the southerly line of Outlot A, said Business park 95 Ftmrth Addition, and its extension westerly and easterly of the westerly line of said Outlot A, SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication subject to the City Charter Section 5.07.
