AUTHORITY <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and <br />under the authority of the Home Rule Charter <br />of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and <br />Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> The following described dedicated drainage <br />and utilig~ easement Is hereby vacated, to-grit. <br /> All drainage and utility easements as <br /> dedicated on Lot 2, Block 1, J.P.J.V. <br /> Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective thirty <br />(30) days after its publication subject to the <br />City Charter Section 5.07. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the City of <br />Ramsey this the 11th day of AuguSt, 1998. <br />Thomas G.
