- : ' ORDINANCE #98-09 CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDi- CATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN 'THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. ' The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated drainage and utilig~ easement Is hereby vacated, to-grit. All drainage and utility easements as dedicated on Lot 2, Block 1, J.P.J.V. Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication subject to the City Charter Section 5.07.
