ORDINANCE #98-14 <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING <br />AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF <br />THE CITY CODE OF RAMSE¥, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from B-1 Business to <br />Multiple Residential: <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southwesterly <br />of the southwesterly right-of-way line of County State Highway No. 5 and <br />lying easterly of the easterly fight-of-way line of Dysprosium Street and <br />lying westerly of the westerly right-of-way line of Trunk Highway No. 47, <br />subject to easements of record. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br /> <br />The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City <br />of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City <br />Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to <br />City Charter Section 5.04. <br /> <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, the 8th day of <br />September, 1998. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
