AMENDMENT The following legally described properly is hereby rezoned from B-1 Business to Multiple Residential: That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southwesterly of the southwesterly right-of-way line of County State Highway No. 5 and lying easterly of the easterly right-of-way line of Dysprosium Street and lying westerly of the westerly right-of-way line of Trunk Highway No. 47, subject to easements of record.
