ORDINANCE #99-01 <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND <br />UTILITY EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter <br />of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to- <br />wit: <br /> <br />The South 10 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, Park 67 Industrial Park, except the <br />West 10 feet thereof; <br /> <br />The East 10 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, Park 67 Industrial Park, except the <br />North 10 feet thereof; <br /> <br />The West 10 feet of the South 175 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, Park 67 <br />Industrial Park; <br /> <br />The South 10 feet of the West 110 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, Park 67 <br />Industrial Park; <br /> <br />all in Anoka County, MN <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
