ORDINANCE//99-03 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY ,.~ STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDI4 C.~TED ROAD EASEMENT IN THE CITY OE RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY~ MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated 'road easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: The road easement dedicated across the north 33 feet of the following legally described parcel: The south 2.50 feet of the north 750 feet of the east 8~1 feet (as measured along the East and North lines respectively) of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25 reserving to the Grantor its successors and assigns over the East 93 feet there- of (subject to easement of record) , (except that part platted as Anoka County Highway right-of-way Plat No. 1 Recorded 7/16/74). SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days a~ter its publication subject to the City Charter Section 5.07.
