ORDINANCE//99-03 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY ,.~ <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDI4 <br />C.~TED ROAD EASEMENT IN THE CITY OE <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY~ MINNESOTA. <br /> The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and <br />under the authority of the Home Rule Charter <br />of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and <br />Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> The following described dedicated 'road <br />easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> The road easement dedicated across <br /> the north 33 feet of the following <br /> legally described parcel: The south 2.50 <br /> feet of the north 750 feet of the east <br /> 8~1 feet (as measured along the East <br /> and North lines respectively) of the <br /> North Half of the Southeast Quarter of <br /> Section 27, Township 32, Range 25 <br /> reserving to the Grantor its successors <br /> and assigns over the East 93 feet there- <br /> of (subject to easement of record) , <br /> (except that part platted as Anoka <br /> County Highway right-of-way Plat No. <br /> 1 Recorded 7/16/74). <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective thirty <br />(30) days a~ter its publication subject to the <br />City Charter Section 5.07. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the City of <br />Ramsey this the 27th day of April 1999. <br />Thomas G.
