ORDINANCE #99-04 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDJNANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDI- CATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: ECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: The south 10 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, and the north 10 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, GATEWAY NORTH JNDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT 4, Anoka County, Minnesota. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication subject to the City Charter Section $.07.
