ORDINANCE #99-04 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDJNANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDI- <br />CATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS <br />IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> ECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and <br />under the authority of the Home Rule Charter <br />of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and <br />Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> The following described dedicated drainage <br />and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> The south 10 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, and <br /> the north 10 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, <br /> GATEWAY NORTH JNDUSTRIAL PARK <br /> PLAT 4, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective thirty <br />(30) days after its publication subject to the <br />City Charter Section $.07. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the City of <br />Ramsey this the 27th day of April, 1999. <br />Thomas G.
