Bodley, being duly sworn, on oath says that he is the managing editor of the <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: . newspaper known as the Anoka County Union, and has full knowledge of the facts which are <br />;SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authc~. <br /> rize the City to sell certain real property which <br /> property the City Council has determined is no <br /> longer necessary for the City's purposes. This <br /> chapter is adopted pursuant to and under the <br /> authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. <br /> SECTION 2.
