<br /> greater than five (5) miles per hour.

<br /> greater than a slow-no-wake ~peed (five [$]

<br />SECTION 7. PENALTY.
<br /> Any person violating any provision of this
<br />ordinance shall be guilty ~f a petty misde-
<br />meanor and upon conviction shall be punished
<br />by a fiqe and/or imprisonment.
<br />SECTION 8. EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br /> The effective date of this ordinance is thirty.
<br />days after i.ts passage and publication.
