<br />SECTION 7. PENALTY.
<br />    Any person violating any provision of this
<br />ordinance shall be guilty ~f a petty misde-

<br />by a fiqe and/or imprisonment.
<br />SECTION 8. EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />  The effective date of this ordinance is thirty.
