oRDINANCE #99-10 CiTY OF RAMSEY ANOK,4 COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDI- DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and t'~innesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to.wit: All drainage and utility easements over, under and across Lot 1, Block 2, A.E.C. Energy Park, Anoka County, Minnesota, reserving, however, the southerly 10.00 feet of said Lot 1. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication subject to the City Charter Section 5107.
