oRDINANCE #99-10 <br /> <br /> CiTY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOK,4 COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDI- <br /> DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS <br /> THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and <br />under the authority of the Home Rule Charter <br />of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and <br />t'~innesota Statutes 412.851. <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> The following described dedicated drainage <br />and utility easement is hereby vacated, to.wit: <br /> All drainage and utility easements <br /> over, under and across Lot 1, Block 2, <br /> A.E.C. Energy Park, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota, reserving, however, the <br /> southerly 10.00 feet of said Lot 1. <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective thirty <br />(30) days after its publication subject to the <br />City Charter Section 5107. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the City of <br />Ramsey this the 24th day of August 1999. <br />Thomas G.
