PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION ORDINANCE #99-13, CITY OF RAMSEY ' ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING'CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY i' EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY~ MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: · SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsay, Section 12.06 and MinnesotaStatutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: That part of the Utility and Drainage Easement as dedicated on Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, NORTHFORK OAKS SECOND.. ADDITION, Anbka County, Minnesota, r according to the recorded plat thereof lying southwesterly of the northeasterly 10.00 feel of said Lots 1 and 2 being a strip of land 10.00 feet wide lying 5.00 feet on each side of and adjacent to the ' following des..cribed centerline. Com- mencing at the most northerly corner of said Lot 2; thence South 26 degrees 49 minutes 10 seconds West, assumed bearing, a distance of 10 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing along the same bearing along the west- erly line of said Lot 2 a distance of 264.42 feet and there terminating. The easteriy sideline of said strip is to be lengthened or shortened to intersect the southwesterly Fine of the northeasterly 10.00 feet of said Lot 2 and a line which bears South 63, degrees 11 minutes 04' seconds East from the point of termina- tion. The westerly sideline of said strip is to be lengthened or shortened to inter- sect the southwesterly line of the north- easterly 10.00 feet of said Lot 1 and a Fine which bears North 89 degrees 46 Minutes 34 seconds West from the point of termination. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (3,0) days after its publication subject to the City Charter Section 5.07.
