PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION ORDINANCE #99-17 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF I.AND CHAPTER. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.02 OF CHAPTER 90FTHE CITY CODE ESTABLISHING DEFINITIONS. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Charter of the City of Ramsey. SECTION 2. AMENDMENT Section 9.02, entitled "Definitions", shall be amended as follows: Repeal the following definition: "Dog Kennel". SECTION 3. SUMMARY The following is the official summary o~ Ordinance 99-17, which has been approved the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clear ly informing the public of the intent and effec, of the ordinance. Section 9.02 shall be amended to repeal an existing definition of dog kennel in the Zoning and Subdivision of Land Chapter 9. SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this Ordinance is thir- ty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
