PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION ORDINANCE ,99-18 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE,AMENDING SECTION 6.04 OF THE CITY CODE ENTITLED "SNOWMOBILES" BY CAUSING THE PENALTY FOR¥1OLATION OF SAID SECTION TO BE A PETFY MISDEMEANOR. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1, AMENDMENT Sections 6.04.09 and 6.04.10 are hereby .added to the City Code, which Sections 6.04.09 and 6.04.10 shall provide as follows: 6.04.09 Petty Misdemeanor. Whoever violates any provision of this Section 6.04 shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $200. 6.04.10 Misdemeanor. Whoever violates any provision of Minn. Stat. §§84,81 through 84.929 inclusive, incorporated herein by refer- ence, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punish- able by 90 days in jail and/Or a tine of $700. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publica- tion according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.04.
