PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE ,99-18 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE,AMENDING SECTION 6.04 <br />OF THE CITY CODE ENTITLED <br />"SNOWMOBILES" BY CAUSING THE PENALTY <br /> FOR¥1OLATION OF SAID SECTION TO BE A <br /> PETFY MISDEMEANOR. <br /> The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1, AMENDMENT <br /> Sections 6.04.09 and 6.04.10 are hereby <br />.added to the City Code, which Sections <br />6.04.09 and 6.04.10 shall provide as follows: <br /> 6.04.09 Petty Misdemeanor. Whoever <br />violates any provision of this Section 6.04 shall <br />be guilty of a petty misdemeanor punishable <br />by a fine not to exceed $200. <br /> 6.04.10 Misdemeanor. Whoever violates <br />any provision of Minn. Stat. §§84,81 through <br />84.929 inclusive, incorporated herein by refer- <br />ence, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punish- <br />able by 90 days in jail and/Or a tine of $700. <br />SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective upon its <br />passage and thirty (30) days after its publica- <br />tion according to law, subject to City Charter <br />Provision, Section 5.04. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the City of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota, the 23rd day of November, <br />1999. <br />Thomas G.
