The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority ot the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: The north 10:00 feet of Lot 6, Block 4 Klemish Addition and the south 10.00 feet Of Lot 7, Block 4, Klemish Addition, which lies 10.00 feet easterly of the west line of said Lots 6 and 7 and which lies 10.00 feet westerly of the northerly extension of the east line of said Lot 6. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days Mter its publication subject to the City Charter Section 5.07.
