AUTHORITY <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and <br />under the authority ot the Home Rule Charter <br />of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and <br />Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> The following described dedicated drainage <br />and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> The north 10:00 feet of Lot 6, Block 4 <br /> Klemish Addition and the south 10.00 <br /> feet Of Lot 7, Block 4, Klemish Addition, <br /> which lies 10.00 feet easterly of the west <br /> line of said Lots 6 and 7 and which lies <br /> 10.00 feet westerly of the northerly <br /> extension of the east line of said Lot 6. <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective thirty <br />(30) days Mter its publication subject to the <br />City Charter Section 5.07. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the City of <br />Ramsey thi~ the 25th day 6f January, 2000. <br />Thomas G.
