ORDINANCE #00-04 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 OFTHE CITY CODE WHICH IS KNOWN ASTHE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER. AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 9.03.04 SUBDIVISION 7 ENTITLED "DURATION OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS," AMENDING SECTION 9.02 OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE ENTITLED "DEFINITIONS," AND AODING SECTION 9.03.04a ENTITLED "INTERIM USE PERMITS." The City of'Ramsey hereby ordains as follows: SECTION 1. SUMMARY The following is the official summary of Ordinance #00-04, which has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance: Section 9.03.04 entitled Interim Use Permits shall be added to City Code. Said Section allows for the City to issue interim conditional use permits pur- suant to the provisions of Minn. Stat. §462.3595. A complete copy of this Ordinance is avail- able for review at City Hail, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this Ordinance is thir- ty (30). days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
