ORDINANCE #00-04 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 <br /> OFTHE CITY CODE WHICH IS <br /> KNOWN ASTHE ZONING AND <br /> SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER. <br /> AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION <br />9.03.04 SUBDIVISION 7 ENTITLED "DURATION <br />OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS," AMENDING <br />SECTION 9.02 OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY <br />CODE ENTITLED "DEFINITIONS," AND AODING <br />SECTION 9.03.04a ENTITLED "INTERIM USE <br />PERMITS." <br />The City of'Ramsey hereby ordains as follows: <br />SECTION 1. SUMMARY <br /> The following is the official summary of <br />Ordinance #00-04, which has been approved <br />by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as <br />clearly informing the public of the intent and <br />effect of the ordinance: <br /> Section 9.03.04 entitled Interim Use <br /> Permits shall be added to City Code. <br /> Said Section allows for the City to issue <br /> interim conditional use permits pur- <br /> suant to the provisions of Minn. Stat. <br /> §462.3595. <br /> A complete copy of this Ordinance is avail- <br />able for review at City Hail, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. <br />SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> The effective date of this Ordinance is thir- <br />ty (30). days after its passage and publication, <br />subject to City Charter Section 5.07. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the City of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota, on this the 11th day of <br />April, 2000. <br />Thomas G.
