<br />SECTION 3. PROHIBITION,

<br /> SECTION '4. APPLICATION.
<br /> The moratorium shall be applicable to prop-
<br /> erty throughout the City.
<br /> SECTION 5. PENALTIES.
<br /> Any person, corporation, or other entity that
<br /> constructs, erects, places, reconstructs, enlarges,
<br /> or expands a tower in violation of this
<br /> Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
<br /> shall be' subjec~ to any additional legal or equ[:
<br /> table remedies available to the City.
<br />'SECTION 6. EFFECTIVE DATE. '
<br />iThis Ordinance becomes effective 30 (thirty-)
<br />days after its publication, shall be effective for 90
<br />days from its effective date, and shall expire at
<br />that time unless further, extended.
