PENALTIES. <br /> Any person, corporation, or other entity that <br /> constructs, erects, places, reconstructs, enlarges, <br /> or expands a tower in violation of this <br /> Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and <br /> shall be' subjec~ to any additional legal or equ[: <br /> table remedies available to the City. <br />'SECTION 6. EFFECTIVE DATE.
