PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br /> <br />· ' ORDINA~c~I~ #0~7- ......... <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF <br />CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED IN <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance to autho- <br />rize the City to sell certain real property which <br />property the City Council has determined is no <br />longer necessary tot the City's purposes. This <br />chapter is adopted pursuant to and under the <br />authority of Section 12.05 of the City Chad:er. <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> The City Council hereby declares tile follow- <br />ing legally described real property owned by the <br />City, as surplus property and hereby authorizes <br />sale of all or a part of said property. Said prop- <br />erty is legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, Business Park 95 Eighth <br /> Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> The City Council has by a properly enacted <br />resolution determined the consideration and <br />terms upon which the above-described property <br />may be sold. <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective upon its <br />passage arid thi~ly (30) days after its publication <br />according to law, subject to City Charter <br />Provision, Section 5.04. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the City of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota, the 9th day of May, 2000. <br />Thomas G.
