<br /> 9.20.04 ."MAP" OF CHAPTER 90FTNE CITY
<br /> CODE OF RAMSEY~ MINNESOTA.
<br /> SEC[ION 1. AMENDMENT
<br />     The following legally described property is
<br /> hereby rezoned from B-1 and B-2 Business to
<br /> PUD Planned Unit Development.
<br />  Outlot 1, Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition,
<br />  Anoka County, Minnesota and that part
<br />  of the Northeast Quarter of the North-
<br />  west Quarter of Section 38, Township
<br />  32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minne-
<br />  sota, lying Northerly of Anoka County
<br />  Highway Right of Way Plat No. 36, and
<br />  I~ing Westerly of the following
<br />  described line: Commencing at the
<br />  Northeast corner of said Northwest
<br />  Quarter; thence South along the East
<br />  line of said Northwest Quarter a dis-
<br />  tance of 936.25 feet to the centerline of
<br />  a town road; thence NorthCvesterly,
<br />  deflecting right 95 degrees 41 minutes,
<br />  a distance of 604.08 feet; thence North
<br />  parallel with said East 'line of the North.
<br />  west Quarter, a distance of 37.72 feet to
<br />  the ~ortherly right of way line of parcel
<br />  2, said Anoka County highway Right-gl-
<br />  way Plat No. 36, said point is hereinafter
<br />  referred to as Point A; thence continue
<br />  North parallel with said East line of the
<br />  Northwest Quarter, a distance of 826.13
<br />  feet to the north lien 'of the said North-
<br />  west Quarter; thence East along the said
<br />  North line a distance of 319.98 feet to
<br />  the point of Beginning of the line to be
<br />  described; thence Southwesterly, a dis-
<br />  tance of 886.97 feet to Point A and
<br />  there terminating.
<br /> SECTION 2. MAP
<br />     The City Engineer is hereby instructed to
<br /> 'cause this ame.ndment to be shown on the
<br /> "City of Ramsey Zoning Map," which map was
<br /> ,~dopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the
<br /> City Code.
<br /> SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE
<br />     This Ordinance becomes effective 30 days
<br /> after its passage and publication, subject to
<br /> City Charter Section 5.04.
<br />     PASSED by the City Council of the City of
<br /> Ramsey, Minnesota, the 13th day of June, 2000.
