SUMMARY <br /> The following.official summary'of <br /> Ordinance //00-09 has been approved by the <br /> City Council ut the City of Ramsey as clearly <br /> informing the public of the intent and effect of <br /> the O~'dinance. <br /> · It is the intent and effect of Ordinance <br /> #00-09 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 8 <br /> (Building and Housing) to require an assess- <br /> mei~t' of 'individual sewage treatment systems <br /> at/least every three (3) years by the home- <br /> owner, or the homeowner's agent. <br /> SECTION 3, EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> The effective date of this ordinance is thirty <br /> (30) days after its passage and publication, <br /> subject to City Charter Section 5.07. <br /> Adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> the 2~th day of June 2000 <br /> Thomas G.
