SUMMARY <br />Ordinance 00-01 was 'enacted pursuant, to <br />: MN Statutes Section 444.075, which autho- <br />; rizes cities to Impose Just and reasonable <br />'! charges for the use of storm water systems. <br />i This brdinance is an amendmen't tp Ordinance <br />i 00-01 and amends said ordinance as follows: <br />A new subdivision 2 is added, which defines <br />~{he term Residentlal'rEquivarl~n{:: <br />~,n'd'i'unoff from a ,t~0j(;al bi~':half a'~'~ lb):'li~- ' <br />gle-family dwelling Is used to determine both <br />the Residential Equ!v~lent Factor ("REF") and <br />the REU.
