<br /> DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASE-
<br />MhoENT IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA
<br />UNTY, MINNESOTA.
<br /> e City of Ramsey ordains:
<br /> SECTION 1. AUTHORITY
<br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and
<br /> under the authority of the Home Rule Charter
<br /> of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and
<br /> Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2, VACATION
<br /> The following described drainage an~ utili-
<br /> ty easements is hereby vacated, to-wit.
<br /> All that part of Lot 10, Block 1,
<br /> Northfork Highlands Addition, and all
<br /> that part of Tract A, R~gistered Land
<br /> Survey No..165, according to the plat'
<br /> and the registered land survey, both
<br /> on record In the Anoka County
<br /> Courthouse, Anoka County,
<br /> Minnesota, which lies Northerly,
<br /> Easterly and Southerly of the following
<br /> described line:
<br /> Beginning at the Northwesterly corner
<br /> of said Lot 10; thence South 25,
<br /> degrees 41 minutes 15 seconds East
<br /> (bearings assumed and referenced to,
<br /> said plat) 84.50 feet; thence South 78
<br /> degrees 42 minutes 22 seconds East
<br /> 96.31 feet; thence South 1 degree 38
<br /> minutes 14 seconds West 231.0B feet;
<br /> thence south 15 degrees 18 minutes
<br /> 44 seconds East 25.99 feet to the
<br /> Southerly line of said Lot 11, distant
<br /> 35.44 feet Northeasterly of the most
<br /> Southerly corner thereof and there ter-
<br /> minating.

<br /> Five (5) feet on either side of the
<br /> line between Lots 12 and 13, Block 1,
<br /> Northfork Highlands Additon, accord-
<br /> ing to th~ plat on file and ol record'in
<br /> the Anoka County Courthouse, Anoka
<br /> Co.unty, Minnesota, e~c~pt!pg the
<br /> .souther¥ 10 feet and also excepting al.I
<br /> that part of said easement lying
<br /> northerly of a line running parallel
<br /> with and 10 feet southerly ol the
<br /> southerly right of way line of Turnberry
<br /> Turn NW as dedicated in said plat of
<br /> Northfork Highlan?s Addition.

<br /> All that part of the drainage and utility
<br /> easement lying 5 feet on either side of
<br /> the lot Ii.ne as shown on the plat of
<br /> Northfork Highlands Addition, accord-
<br /> ing to the plat on fife and of record in
<br /> the Anoka County Courthouse, Anoka
<br /> Count~/, Minnesota, which now lies in
<br /> Tract A of Registered Land survey No.
<br /> 165, in said County, being described
<br /> as follows: '
<br /> Beginning at the most Easterly. 'corner
<br /> of Lot 12; Block 1, Northfork Highlands
<br /> Addition; thence North 34 degrees 28
<br /> minutes 02 seconds West, along the
<br /> lot line between Lots 11 and 12 of said.
<br /> Addition, 90.00 feet; thence South 73
<br /> degrees 30 mlnute~; 04 seconds West,
<br /> 15.77 feet to the Northeasterly corner
<br /> of Tract B, Registered Land SurVey No.
<br /> 165 and there terminating; except for
<br /> the South 10 feet thereof.
<br /> SECTION 3. REPEAL
<br /> Ordinance #95-12 is hereby repealed.
<br /> SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE
<br /> This Ordinance becomes elfective thirty
<br /> (30) days after its publication subject to the
<br /> Cit.)' Charter Section 5.07.
<br /> PASSED by the City Council of the City of
<br /> Ramsey, this the 19th .day .of December, 2000.
