AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 09.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. SECTION 1. AMENDMENT The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from B-1 Business to B-Z Business: That part of the following described prop- erty lying southerly of "Line A' to be here- inafter described: 1.4 acres of the northerly portion of Outlot C Rivers Bend 3rd Addition, Anoka County, State of Minnesota - or upon recording - Lot 1, Block 1, Holiday Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota. SECTION 2, MAP The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. SECTION 3, EFFECTIVE DATE this Ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section .5.04.
