SUMMARY <br /> The following official summary of <br /> Ordinance #01-02 has been approved by the <br /> City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly <br /> informing the public of the intent and effect of <br /> the Ordinance. <br /> It is the intent and effect of Ordinance <br /> #0!-02 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 <br /> (Zoning and Subdivision of Land) to require <br /> park dedication consideration when no subdi- <br /> vision of land is required in conjunction with a <br /> proposed commercial or residential develop- <br /> ment. <br /> SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> The effective date of this ordinance is thir- <br /> ty (30) days after its passage and pubiicaUon <br /> subiect to City Charter Section 5.07. <br /> PASSED by the Ramsey City Council, the <br /> 16th day of January 2001. <br />· Thomas G.
