AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.50.30 "SUBDIVISION DESIGN STAN- DARDS~' OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance #01-02 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #0!-02 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land) to require park dedication consideration when no subdi- vision of land is required in conjunction with a proposed commercial or residential develop- ment. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinance is thir- ty (30) days after its passage and pubiicaUon subiect to City Charter Section 5.07.
