ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br /> FOR PUBLICATION <br /> The following is the official summary <br />of Ordinance //01-05, which has been <br />approved by the City Council of the City <br />of Ramsey as clearly informing the public <br />of the intent and effect of the ordinance: <br /> Section 9.15.08, Tower Setback, <br />has been modified to clarify required set- <br />backs for commercial towers located in <br />Business and Industrial Zoning Districts, <br />to require that commercial towers be set- <br />back t.5 times the height of the tower <br />from any lot line in residential districts,. <br />and to remove language allowing a less- <br />er tower setback if a licensed engineer <br />shows that the collapse of a tower can <br />occur within a lesser distance than the <br />.required setback. <br />SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> The effective date of this Ordinance is <br />thirty (30) days after its i~assage and pub- <br />lication, subject to City Charter Section <br />5.07. <br /> PASSED by .the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota, the 27~ day <br />of February 2001. <br />Thomas G.
