AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- TION 9.15 (TOWERS) OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. ORDINANCE SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION The following is the official summary of Ordinance //01-05, which has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance: Section 9.15.08, Tower Setback, has been modified to clarify required set- backs for commercial towers located in Business and Industrial Zoning Districts, to require that commercial towers be set- back t.5 times the height of the tower from any lot line in residential districts,. and to remove language allowing a less- er tower setback if a licensed engineer shows that the collapse of a tower can occur within a lesser distance than the .required setback. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this Ordinance is thirty (30) days after its i~assage and pub- lication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
