ORDINANCE NO. O1-07 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY' <br /> " ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE <br />SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPER- <br />TY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION I. PURPOSE <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance to <br />authorize the City to sell certain real <br />property which property the City Council <br />has determined is no longer necessary for <br />the City's purposes. This chapter is <br />adopted pursuant to and under the <br />authority of Section 12.05 of the City <br />Charter. <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> The City Council hereby declares the <br />following legally described real property <br />owned by the City, as surplus property <br />and hereby authorizes sale of all or a part <br />of said property. Said property is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, SUNWOOD ESTATES <br />and Outlot A, SUNWOOD. ESTATES <br />SECTION 3. TERMS 01: SALE <br /> The City Council has by a properly <br />enacted action deterfnined the consider- <br />ation and terms upon which the above- <br />described property may b~ sold. <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This Ordinance .becomes effective <br />upon its passage and thirty (30) days <br />after its publication according to law, <br />subject to City Charter Provision, Section <br />5.04. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota, the 20th day <br />of March 2001. <br />Thomas G.
