ORDINANCE NO. O1-07 CITY OF RAMSEY' " ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPER- TY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION I. PURPOSE It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to sell certain real property which property the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This chapter is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION The City Council hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by the City, as surplus property and hereby authorizes sale of all or a part of said property. Said property is legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 1, SUNWOOD ESTATES and Outlot A, SUNWOOD. ESTATES SECTION 3. TERMS 01: SALE The City Council has by a properly enacted action deterfnined the consider- ation and terms upon which the above- described property may b~ sold. SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance .becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publication according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.04.
