PURPOSE <br />It is the purpose of this Ordinance to <br />authorize the City to sell certain, real <br />property which property the City Council <br />has determined is no longer necessary for <br />the City's purposes. This chapter is <br />adopted pursuant to and under the <br />authority of Section 12.0.5 of the City <br />Charter. <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br />The City Council hereby declares the <br />following legally described reap property <br />owned by the City, as surplus property <br />and hereby authorizes its sale. Said prop- <br />erty is legally described as follows: <br />The description is very lengthy. A full <br />description of the property is available at <br />City Hall. <br />SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br />The City Council has by a properly <br />enacted resolutiofi determined the con- <br />sideration and terms upon which thc <br />above-described property may be sold. <br />SECTION 4.
