AN ORDINANCE AMENDING' SEC- . TION 9.11.02 "ACCESSORY USES" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAM- SEY, MINNESOTA. · The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance #01-11 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #01-11 to amend Ramsey City : Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land) to eliminate the 1,000 square foot size restriction on attached garages. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after ils passage and pub- lication, subject to Ci~/ Charter Section 5.07.
