TION 9.11.02 "ACCESSORY USES" OF <br /> CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAM- <br /> SEY, MINNESOTA. <br />· The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> SECTION 1. SUMMARY <br /> The following official summary of <br /> Ordinance #01-11 has been approved by <br /> the City Council of the City of Ramsey as <br /> clearly informing the public of the intent <br /> and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> It is the intent and effect of <br /> Ordinance #01-11 to amend Ramsey City <br />: Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision <br /> of Land) to eliminate the 1,000 square <br /> foot size restriction on attached garages. <br /> SECTION 2.
