ORDINANCE #01-12 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE <br /> SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPER- <br /> TY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />· SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance to <br /> authorize the City to sell certain real <br /> property which property the City Council <br /> has determined is no longer necessary for <br /> the City's purposes. This chapter is <br /> adopted pursuant to and under the <br /> authority of Section 12.05 of the City <br /> Charter. <br /> SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> .The City Counci~ hereby declares the <br /> following legally described.real property <br /> owned by the City, as surplus property <br /> and hereby authorizes its sale. Said prop- <br /> erty is legally described as follows: <br /> Outlot A, GATEWAY NORTH <br /> INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. $ Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota. <br /> SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> The City Council has, by a properly <br />enacted resolution, determined the con- <br />sideration and terms upon which the <br />above-described property may be sold. <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This ordinance becomes effective <br />upon its passage and thirty (30) days <br />after its publication according to law, <br />subject to City Charter P~'ovision, Section <br />5.04. <br /> PASSED by the City Counfil of the <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota, the 24th day <br />of April 2001. <br />Thomas G.
