Bodley, being duly sworn, on oath says that he is the managing editor of the <br />newspaper known as the Anoka County Union, and has full knowledge of the facts which are <br /> <br />HIGHWAY #10; AND ALSO 155TH .stated below: <br />AVENUE NW BETWEEN A POINT ONE- · <br />QUARTER MILE EAST OF RAMSEY BOULE- <br />VARD NW AND VARIOLITE STREET NW <br />TO ALPINE DRIVE NW. <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1. NAME CHANGE <br /> The name of 153rd Avenue NW <br />between Roanoke Street NW and a point <br />one-quarter mile east of Ramsey <br />Boulevard NW and between Armstrong <br />Boulevard NW and U.S. Highway #10 <br />and also 155th Avenue NW between a <br />point one-quarter mile east of Ramsey <br />Boulevard NW and Variolite Street NW <br />become Alpine Drive, effective January 1, <br />2001. <br />SECTION 2.' EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective <br />upon its passage and thirty (30) days <br />after its publication according to law, <br />subiect to City Charter Provision, Section <br />5.04. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota, the 8th day <br />of May 2001. <br />Thomas G.
