ORDINANCE #01-16 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 <br /> WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING <br /> AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER <br /> OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MIN- <br /> NESOTA. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- <br /> TION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF <br /> THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESO- <br /> TA. <br /> SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> The following legally described prop- <br /> erty is hereby rezoned from R-1 Rural <br /> Residential to R-1 Urban Residential: <br /> Government Lot 2, and <br /> Government Lot 3, Section 24, <br /> Township 32, Range 25, except <br /> those part~ of said Government <br /> Lot 2 and Government Lot 3, <br /> platted as Reilley Estates and <br /> Reilley Estates Third Addition, <br /> according to the recorded plats, <br /> on file in the office of the County <br /> Recorder, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota. <br /> -and- <br /> The Southwest Quarter of the <br /> Northeast Quarter of Section 24, <br /> Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota, except the <br /> South 660 feet of the West 181.5 <br /> feet thereof. <br /> -and- <br /> The Southeast Quarter of the <br /> Northwest Quarter of Section 24, <br /> Township 32, Range 24, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota, except the <br /> West 1206 feet and except the <br /> South 660 feet thereof. <br />SECTION 2.
