SUMMARY <br />· "~ This ordinance amends, certain sec- <br />i tions of the City's Ordioance No. 98-02. <br />· 'The purpose of Ordinance No. 98-02 is <br />!' Jfo regulate the sale, possession of and the <br />~ '{~se of tobacco, tobacco products and <br /> tobacco related devices by minors. This <br />i' amendment ordinance provides for the <br /> icodification of Ordinance'No. 98-02 into <br />.'. the City Code, adds a definition of the <br />: "term "Exclusive Tobacco Store", prohibits <br /> the entry of Exclusive Tobacco Stores by <br />~ minors, requires tobacco licensees to <br /> educate their employees as to state and <br /> local laws relating to tobacco and tobac- <br /> co product sales, and requires licensees <br /> to at least annually attend a City spon- <br /> sored educational seminar related to the <br /> sales of tobacco and tobacco related <br /> ;products. <br /> SECTION 2.
