ORDINANCE #01-21 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED ROAD EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes ' 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated road easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: All that part of Bowers Drive NW adjoining Lots 4, 5 and 6, 8owers : Mississippi Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota and adioining the unplatted parcel lying between said Lots 4 and 5, lying westerly of a line 66.00 feet wester- ly of and parallel with the easterly line of Bowers Drive as laid out in the recorded · plat of said Bowers Mississippi Acres. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication sub- j~ct to the City Charter Section 5.07.
