ORDINANCE #01-21 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN <br />DEDICATED ROAD EASEMENT IN THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />MINNESOTA <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant <br /> to and under the authority of the Home <br /> Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, <br /> Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes <br />' 412.851. <br /> SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> The following described dedicated <br /> road easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> All that part of Bowers Drive NW <br /> adjoining Lots 4, 5 and 6, 8owers <br />: Mississippi Acres, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota and adioining the unplatted <br /> parcel lying between said Lots 4 and 5, <br /> lying westerly of a line 66.00 feet wester- <br /> ly of and parallel with the easterly line of <br /> Bowers Drive as laid out in the recorded <br /> · plat of said Bowers Mississippi Acres. <br /> SECTION 3.
