ORDINANCE #O1-22 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO <br />cHAPTER S, SECTION .5.09,03, SUBD. <br />10A, OF THE CITY CODE DELETING REF- <br />ERENCE TO A FEE FOR BOARDING AND <br />IMPOUNDING DOGS. <br /> AN ORDINANCE,AMENDING SEC- <br />;TION $.09.03, SUBD. 10a OF THE CITY <br />CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA.. <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> Section 5.09.03 (Dog Regulations), <br />Subd. 10 (Reclaiming) shall be amended. <br />by deleting reference to rates and fees for <br />boarding and impounding dogs and shall <br />read as follows <br />; Subd, 10 Reclaiming. An owner may <br />reclaim an impounded dog: <br /> a. If the dog has a current license: By <br />paying to the pound master an impound- <br />ing fee plus a boarding fee in an amount <br />determined by agreement between the <br />City and the designated pound, for each <br />.day the animal was confined, There shall <br />also be an added impounding fee fo~' any <br />dog impounded twice within 12 months. <br />Such fees shall be set by Council resolu- <br />tion. <br />SECTION 2.
