CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />CLERK'S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF <br />VACATION PROCEEDINGS <br /> <br />To the Anoka County, Minnesota Auditor. <br /> <br />NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to MSA 412.851 and by attached Certification of <br />Ordinance dated October 23, 2001, the City of Ramsey has vacated the following legally <br />described and dedicated drainage and utility easement to with: <br /> <br />That part of the drainage and utility easement as dedicated over, under and across <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Rademacher Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, lying within the right of way of Cobalt Street NW as <br />dedicated within the plat of Orchard Hill Townhomes, according to the recorded <br />plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />The drainage and utility easement as dedicated over, under and across the south <br />10 feet of said Lot 1, lying east of the west 10 feet of Lot 18, Block 1, said <br />Orchard Hill Townhomes, and lying west of the following described line; <br />Commencing at a northwesterly comer of Lot 17, said Block 1; thence South 10 <br />degrees 51 minutes 30 seconds west a distance of 223.34 feet to the point of <br />beginning of the line to be described; thence north 04 degrees 42 minutes 45 <br />seconds east a distance of 229.64 feet and line there terminating. <br /> <br />The vacation proceedings were completed on Oct~ober 23,200~l. <br /> <br />Dated: 10-23-01 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA } <br /> <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA } <br /> <br />On this ~r~tday of ~c. <br /> <br />,2001, before me, a Notary Public, personally appeared <br /> <br />JoAnn M.
