AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Hom.e Rule Charter of the City of .Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851.. .: SECTION 2. VACATION The' following described dedicated . drair~age and utility easements is hereby vacated, to-wit: The drainage and utility ease- ment on the northeasterly 5 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, Northfork Oaks Fourth Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, which lies southeast- erly of the northwesterly 10 feet of said Lot 4 and which, lies north- westerly of the southeasterly 10 feet of said Lot 4. and The drainage and utility ease- ment on the southwesterly $ feet of Lot 5, Block 1, Northfork Oaks Fourth Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, which lies sou'theast- eriy of the northwesterly 10 feet of said Lot $ and which lies northwesterly of the southeaster- ly 10 feet of said Lot 5.
