The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. PURPOSE . it is the purpose of this Ordinance to · authorize the City to sell certain real ~erty which property the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for City's purposes This chapter is adopt- ed pursuant to and under the authority .~ of Section 12.05 of the City Charter.
