PURPOSE . <br /> it is the purpose of this Ordinance to <br />· authorize the City to sell certain real <br /> ~erty which property the City Council <br /> has determined is no longer necessary for <br /> City's purposes This chapter is adopt- <br /> ed pursuant to and under the authority <br />.~ of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. <br /> SECTION 2.
