ORDINANCE #01-26 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. PURPOSE It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to sell certain real property which property the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This chapter is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION The City Council hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by the city, as surplus property and hereby authorizes its sale. Said property is legally described as follows: All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota and of Tract C, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 189, said Anoka County, described as follows: Commencing at the southwest comer of said Tract C; thence North 25 degrees 18 minutes 10 seconds West, assumed bearing along the westerly line of said Tract C, a distance of 50.52 feet to the point of beginning of the property to be described; thence North 74 degrees 42 minutes 39 seconds East a distance of 171.63 feet; thence northeasterly a distance of 191.32 feet along a tangential curve concave to the northwest, said curve having a radius of 376.26 feet and a central angle of 29 degrees 08 minutes 03 seconds; thence North 45 degrees 34 minutes 36 seconds East a distance of 281.77 feet; thence northerly a distance of 299.95 feet along a tangential curve concave to the west, said curve having a radius of 376.26 feet and a central angle of 45 degrees 40 minutes 34 seconds; thence North 00 degrees 05 minutes 59 seconds West a distance of 454.55 feet; thence northerly 42.79 feet along a tangential curve concave to the west, said curve having a radius of 376.26 feet and a central angle of 06 degrees 30 minutes 57 seconds, thence South 63 degrees 21 minutes 11 seconds West a distance of 1050.94 feet to the westerly line of said Tract C; thence South 25 degrees 18 minutes 10 seconds East, along said westerly line, a distance of 699.06 feet to the point of beginning.
