ORDINANCE #01-26 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY . ' <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ~N. ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE <br />SALE OF CERTAIN CI~' OWNED PROPER- <br />TY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> ;ECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> It is .the purpose of this Ordinance to <br /> authorize the City to sell certain real <br /> property which property the City Council <br /> has determined is no longer necessary.for <br /> the City's purposes. This chapter is <br /> adopted pursUant to and under the <br /> authority of Section 12.05 of the City <br /> Charter. <br /> SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> The City Council hereby declares the <br />~ following legally described real property <br /> owned by the city, as surplus property <br /> and he[eby authOrizes its sale. TERMS OF SALE <br /> The'City Council has by a prOperly <br />enacted resolution determined the con- <br />sideration and terms upon which the <br />above-described property may be sold. <br />SECTION 4.
