<br /> ~N. ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE
<br />SALE OF CERTAIN CI~' OWNED PROPER-
<br />TY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY.
<br /> City of Ramsey ordains:
<br /> ;ECTION 1. PURPOSE
<br /> It is .the purpose of this Ordinance to
<br /> authorize the City to sell certain real
<br /> property which property the City Council
<br /> has determined is no longer necessary.for
<br /> the City's purposes. This chapter is
<br /> adopted pursUant to and under the
<br /> authority of Section 12.05 of the City
<br /> Charter.
<br /> SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION
<br /> The City Council hereby declares the
<br />~ following legally described real property
<br /> owned by the city, as surplus property
<br /> and he[eby authOrizes its sale. Said prop-
<br /> erty is legally described as follows:
<br /> All that part of the Northeast
<br /> Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br /> Of Section 27, Township 32,
<br /> Range 25, Anoka County,
<br /> · Minnesota and of Tract C, REGIS-
<br /> TERED LAND SURVEY NO. 189,
<br /> said Anoka County, described as
<br /> follows: .
<br /> Commencing at the southwest
<br />o corner of said, Tract C; thence
<br /> North 25 degrees 18 minutes lO
<br /> seconds West, assumed bearing
<br /> along the Westerly line of said
<br /> Tract C, a distance of .50.52 feet
<br /> to-the point of beginning of the
<br /> property to be described; thence
<br /> North 74 degrees 42 minutes 39
<br /> 'seconds East a distance of 171.63
<br /> feet; thence northeasterly a dis-
<br /> tance of 191.32 feet along a tan-
<br /> gential curve concave to the
<br /> northwest, said curve having a
<br /> radius of 37'6.26 feet and a cen-
<br /> tral angle of 29 degrees 08 min-
<br /> utes 03 seconds; thence North 4,5
<br /> degrees 34 minutes 36 seconds
<br /> East a distance of 281.77 feet;
<br /> thence northerly a distance of
<br /> 299.9.5 feet along a tangential
<br /> curve concave to the west, said
<br /> curve having a radius of 376.26 ·
<br /> feet and a central angle of 45
<br /> degrees 40 minutes 34 seconds;

<br /> utes .59 seconds West a distance
<br /> 'of 4.54.55 feet; thence northerly
<br /> 42.79 feet along a tangential
<br /> curve concave to the west, said
<br /> curve having a radius 376.26 feet
<br /> and a central angle of 06 degrees
<br /> 30 rflinotes'S7 seconds, thence
<br /> South 63 degrees 21 minutes 1
<br /> seconds West a distance of
<br /> 10S0.94, fee~ to ithe westerly line
<br /> of said Tract C; thence South 25
<br /> degrees 18 minutes 10 seconds
<br /> East, along said westerly line, a
<br /> distance of 699.06 feet to tile
<br /> point of beginning.
<br /> -Containing 611,26S Sq. Ft. or
<br /> 14.03 acres.
<br /> . Property to be known as Lot 1,
<br /> Block 1, SUNFISH BUSINESS
<br /> PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota'
<br /> upon filing of the final plat.
<br />SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE
<br /> The'City Council has by a prOperly
<br />enacted resolution determined the con-
<br />sideration and terms upon which the
<br />above-described property may be sold.
<br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE
<br /> This OCdinance becomes effective
<br />upon its passage and thirty (30) days
<br />after its publication according to law,
<br />subject to City Charter Provision, Section
<br />5.04.
<br /> PASSED by the City Council of the
<br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota, the 27th day
<br />of November 2001.
