To the extent feasible, back- <br />flush water or water form pool drainage shall be on the <br />owner's property or into approved public drainage ways. <br />Water shall not drain onto adjacent or nearby private <br />land. <br /> <br />Electrical Requirements. Ail electrical installations <br />and current-carrying electrical conductors shall conform <br />to the State Electrical Code and each Swimming Pool or <br />Spa shall receive those permits and inspections as <br />required by the State Electrical Inspector. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. PENALTY. <br /> <br /> Any person convicted of a violation of any of the provisions <br />of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more than <br />seven hundred ($700) dollars or by imprisonment for a period of <br />not more than ninety (90) days, or both. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
