<br />DINANCES AND PROVIDING A PENALTY
<br />FOR VIOLATION
<br />.The City of Ramsay Ordains:
<br />,SECTION I. AMENDMENT.
<br />Section 130.052 of said Ordinance No. 89-8 is
<br />hereby amended to read as follows:
<br />130.052 REQUIRED LICENSE
<br />Off-Sale License.
<br />No person, except wholesalers or manufac-
<br />turers to the extent authorized under state licen-
<br />se, shall directly or indirectly deal in, sell, or
<br />keep. for sale any intoxicating liquor for "off
<br />sale" ~ele without first having received a license
<br />to do so as provided in this section. "Off-sale"
<br />licenses shall be issued only Io drug stores and
<br />exclusive liquor stores and shall permit ."off-
<br />sale" of liquor only, No "off-sale" license shall
<br />- t~e issued to the "on.sale" liquor licenses.
<br />SECTION 2. PENALTY.
<br />ArW person convicted of a violation of any of
<br />: .the. provisions of this ordinance shall be punished
<br />by a fine of not more than seven hundred (~700)
<br /> dollars imprisonment for a period of not

<br /> ' ~SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br /> · ; This Ordinance becomes effective upon its
