AMENDMENT <br />•The following legally described prop- <br />erty is hereby rezoned from B -1 Business <br />';to R -3 Urban Residential: <br />• Outlot A, Brandseth Addition, • <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property ") <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br />The City Engineer is hereby instructed <br />to cause this amendment to be shown on <br />the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map ", which <br />map was adopted pursuant to Section <br />9.20.04 of the City Code. <br />■ SECTION 3.
