• ORDINANCE #02 -02 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION' OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MIN- . NESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- TION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESO- TA. SECTION 1. AMENDMENT ' The following legally described prop- erty is hereby rezoned from R -1 Rural Residential to R -1 Urban Residential: That part of the north 516 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying wester- ly of the centerline of State Highway No. 47, EXCEPT that part platted as Apple Ridge. SECTION 2. MAP The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map ", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.04.
