• <br />ORDINANCE #02 -02 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 <br />WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING <br />AND SUBDIVISION' OF LAND CHAPTER <br />OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MIN- <br />. NESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- <br />TION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF <br />THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESO- <br />TA. <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br />' The following legally described prop- <br />erty is hereby rezoned from R -1 Rural <br />Residential to R -1 Urban Residential: <br />That part of the north 516 feet of <br />the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter, Section 14, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, lying wester- <br />ly of the centerline of State <br />Highway No. 47, EXCEPT that <br />part platted as Apple Ridge. <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br />The City Engineer is hereby instructed <br />to cause this amendment to be shown on <br />the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map ", which <br />map was adopted pursuant to Section <br />9.20.04 of the City Code. <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This Ordinance becomes effective 30 <br />days after its passage and publication, <br />subject to City Charter Section 5.04. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota, the 22nd day <br />of January 2002. <br />Thomas G.
