ORDINANCE #02 -03 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 <br />WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING <br />AN SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER <br />OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MIN- <br />NESOTA. <br />O AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- <br />TION 09.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 <br />OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MIN- <br />NESOTA. <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br />The following legally described prop- <br />erty is hereby rezoned from Business to R- <br />1 Urban Residential: <br />That part of the east half of the <br />northwest Quarter, Section 25, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, described as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at the southeast <br />corner of said northwest Quarter; <br />thence on an assumed bearing of <br />south 89 degrees 21 minutes 46 <br />seconds west, along the south <br />line of said northwest Quarter, a <br />distance of 233.92 feet to the <br />centerline of St. Francis Boulevard <br />NW (State Trunk Highway No. <br />47); thence northwesterly a dis- <br />tance of 221.52 feet, along said <br />centerline on a nontangential <br />curve concave to the west, radius <br />1145.92 feet, central angle 11 <br />degrees 04 minutes 34 seconds, <br />chord bearing north 06 degrees <br />17 minutes 35 seconds west; <br />thence north 11 degrees 49 min- <br />utes 52 seconds west, tangent to <br />said curve and continuing along <br />said centerline, .a distance of <br />861.48 feet to the point of begin- <br />ning of the land to be described; <br />thence south 89 degrees 21 min- <br />utes 46 seconds west, parallel <br />. with the south line of said north- <br />west Quarter, a distance of <br />888.64 feet to the intersection <br />with the west line of said east half <br />of the northwest Quarter; thence, <br />north 00 degrees 07 minutes 22 <br />seconus west; along said east half <br />of the 'northwest Quarter; thence <br />north 00 degrees 07 minutes 22 <br />seconds west; along said west <br />line, a distance of 757.00 feet; <br />thence north 89 degrees 21 min- <br />utes 46 seconds east, parallel with <br />the south line of said northwest <br />Quarter a distance of 731.98 feet <br />to the intersection with a line <br />bearing north 11 degrees 49 min- <br />utes 52 seconds west from the <br />point of beginning, sald line <br />being the centerline of said St. <br />Francis Boulevard NW (State <br />Trunk Highway No. 47); thence <br />south 11 degrees 49 minutes 52 <br />seconds east, along said center- <br />line, a distance of 771.93 feet to <br />the point of beginning. <br />Subject to an easement for drive- <br />way over a portion of the south <br />5.00 feet of the east 100.00 feet <br />of the above described land, as <br />measured at a right angle to and <br />along the south line thereof. MAP <br />The City Engineer is hereby instructed <br />to cause this amendment to be shown on <br />the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map ", which <br />map was adopted pursuant to Section <br />• 9.20.04 of the City Code. <br />SECTION 3.
