AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 130.01.2 of the City Code. The City of Ramsay ordains: SECTION I. AMENDMENT. Subsection 3 of Section 130.10.2 of the Ramsay City Code is amended to read as follows: 3. AMOUNT OF FEE. The fee shall b'e $1.00 per cubic yard or its equivalent of all solid waste accepted and disposed of at any facility for mixed municipal solid waste located in the City of Ramsay. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance becomes effective upon Its passage and thirty (30) days after Its publication according to law, sublect to City Charter Provision, Section 5.04.
