ORDINANCE #02 -05 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 5 WHICH IS KNOWN. AS THE MUNICIPAL REGULATIONS CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- TION 5.09.01 "KEEPING OF CERTAIN ANIMALS, LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY" OF CHAPTER 5 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance #02 -05 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent j and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #02 -05 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 5 (Municipal Regulations) to amend.the parcel size regulations for keeping livestock, horses, poultry and /or fowl; and require a conditional use permit for non - traditional or exotic animals. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and pub- lication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
