• <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 5 <br />WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE MUNICIPAL <br />REGULATIONS CHAPTER OF THE CITY <br />CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- <br />TION 5.09.05 "HORSES" OF CHAPTER 5 <br />OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MIN - <br />NESOTA. <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1. SUMMARY <br />The following official summary of <br />Ordinance #02 -07 has been approved by <br />r the City Council of the City of Ramsey as <br />clearly informing .the public of the intent <br />and effect of the Ordinance. <br />It is the intent and effect of <br />Ordinance #02 -07 to amend Ramsey City <br />Code Chapter 5 (Municipal Regulations) <br />to amend the parcel size regulations for <br />maintaining horses (equines) and to pro- <br />vide the option to lease property to meet <br />acreage requirements for keeping horses. <br />SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />The effective date of this ordinance is <br />thirty (30) days after its passage and pub- <br />. lication, subject to City Charter Section <br />5.07. <br />Adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />the 12th day of February 2002. <br />Thomas G.
