• CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 5 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE MUNICIPAL REGULATIONS CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- TION 5.09.05 "HORSES" OF CHAPTER 5 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MIN - NESOTA. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance #02 -07 has been approved by r the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing .the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #02 -07 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 5 (Municipal Regulations) to amend the parcel size regulations for maintaining horses (equines) and to pro- vide the option to lease property to meet acreage requirements for keeping horses. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and pub- . lication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
