AMENDMENT <br />The following legally described prop- <br />erty is hereby rezoned from R -1 Urban <br />Residential to R -3 Urban Residential. <br />That part of the Northeast <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />of _Section 25, Township_ ,32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, lying northerly and <br />westerly of a line 40.00 feet <br />northerly and westerly of, and <br />parallel to, the centerline of <br />Sunwood Drive and northerly of <br />the following described line and <br />its extensions: <br />Commencing at the intersection <br />of centerline of State Trunk <br />Highway No. 47 and the south <br />line of the Southeast Quarter of <br />said Northwest Quarter; thence <br />northwesterly along said center- <br />line a distance of 1083.00 feet; <br />thence westerly parallel to the <br />south line of said.
