• CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF .MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 • WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MIN- NESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- TION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESO- TA. SECTION. 1. AMENDMENT The following legally described prop- erty is hereby rezoned from R -1 Urban Residential to R -3 Urban Residential. That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of _Section 25, Township_ ,32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying northerly and westerly of a line 40.00 feet northerly and westerly of, and parallel to, the centerline of Sunwood Drive and northerly of the following described line and its extensions: Commencing at the intersection of centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47 and the south line of the Southeast Quarter of said Northwest Quarter; thence northwesterly along said center- line a distance of 1083.00 feet; thence westerly parallel to the south line of said. Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter to the west line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence northerly along the west line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter andlhe Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 757.00 feet to the actual point of beginning of the line to be • described; thence easterly parallel to the south line of said southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter to the westerly right of way line of State Trunk Highway No. 47 and said line there terminating. SECTION 2.
